When a person moves into posterior pelvic tilt are they also trying to flatten the back like in the hollow body? Or is rotating the hips backwards separate from flattening the back. What I'm getting at is, every time I posterioraly rotate my hips should my cervical spine or lower back, should should it be going flat?
