Hi,

I am following foundations one and have several questions.

1. Are you supposed to do the strength sets non stop, with only iM in between, or is it okay to have some rest?

2. After completing all 9 steps of a given progression do stop doing it and you move on to a harder one?

3.What do you do if you fail to complete all sets of a given progression step? Do you move a couple of steps down or start from step 1?

Thank you!

Hi Rokas, here follows my suggestions:

1- yes, especially at this level having more density work is a good idea for building up work capacity;

2 - usually you move over harder variations and you can hold the previous as a warmup;

3- nothing, stay on the same steps and session over session try to complete it.

Thank you Alessandro,

what about rest in between exercises? Should you just proceed from one to another or give  some time in between?

The rest should be used for the IM nothing more.
