Hi.

My name is Tal.

for a couple of months now i am stuck on pushup step 4 (4*6). i can complete step 3 in good form, but when adding the 4th set my form is crumbling. i step back and forth, trying to find the correct body position, but it doesn't seems to help.

here are links to front and side views.

any advice?

hey Eliyah (i hope this is your name)...if you stop at 19'' you can see that you are not pushing symmetrically. in this way you are still putting more effort on one side so when it becomes exhausted you have no longer possible to proceed. we must fix this. the main problem is that this asymmetry comes from the 2-3 rep. so my suggestion is using an elevated surface, lower than the previous strength elements and use it fro fixing the deficit.
