stuck on incline row 4*12

Hi.

My name is Tal.

for a couple of months now i am stuck on incline row step 7 (4*12). i can complete step 6 in good form, but while doing 12 reps it gets to hard to complete after the second set.

any advice?

HEY eliyah, i do not think that it is a problem if you cannot hit the 4x12 at the first attempt..you can go for an intermediate step like 4x10 and then 4x11 and so on.
