hi, i ran into coach sommers name by mistake a couple of months ago while researching gymnastics streagth training and so went on to do some research abount him when i ran into a few podcasts where he was interviewd. i found myself facinated and so i dug a little deeper into gymnasticsbodies specificly and was impressed by theresume  the community and training program has got itself.

i eventualy decided to try purchasing one of the training programs, and so i filled out the form that was suppose to match me one of the integrated plans.  i was found suitable to the level 4 program and so i purchased it. yet when i went over it i found the stregth requirments of some exercises were way too much for me (for example, the easiest veriation of the planche was a half straddle scissors exercise, when i currenttly struggle with holding a staight back tuck planche... i find the strength problem mostly with straight arm exercises)

also that i do not know the base of some elemnts and so im not sure how to perform them (for example i do not know how to do a handstand and so the handstand pushup variations are very confusing and feel dangerous.)

 help please?

Hi Lidor . the automatic system of evaluating the level of students does not take into account that usually people over estimate themself...after coaching for almost 10 years i can say that my new students over estimates themselves. my suggestion is to begin from level 1 or 2. perform the exercises, film your form, use the private forum to post the execution, have feedback, show mastery, and then you are free to move on.

hi alessandro, thank you for the quick reply!:)

i dont think i overestimated myself, each question i was asked in the evaluation system i answered honestly, checking that i could perform the answer i chose befor choosing it.

i am currently capable of performing 15 pull ups with good form, 30 dips, and have pretty good mobility because of my martial arts background and some ido portal warmups and exercises.

is it possible to swap the level 4 program for the level 2-3 program?

i cant perform the workouts at this level so if its possible to swap it to a level i can train in i would really appreciate it!
