Hi,

I recently wondered if it might be useful to prioritize certain Foundation Series goals over others. For example, I was thinking of focusing on HBP,RC, HS1+2,Manna and legs first.
Once you have those accomplished you then work on the remaining ones (SPL, SL, FL) and try to maintain the others with minimal work.

I would appreciate to get your opinion on this. :-)
Do you think that could make sense in terms of reduced volume and increased frequency possibility or would i just lack important overall progressions from the other goals.

Thank you!

Hi Mario, focused work is suggested once you have a bit of experience on a vast majority of movements. in other words, general preparation comes first...then you can prioritize. for example, focusing on planche without a basis of bent arm strength gives fewer results.

Hi Alessandro,

That makes sense, thanks for mentioning it.
Assuming you have completed the basics of Foundation 1 in all areas and also most of the BAS progressions of Foundation 2. In this case, could it make sense to prioritize in terms of BAS, Manna and HS development.  Or do you mean by general preparation f1-4 for all 7 skills is preferable.

Well if have priority on BAS you can...the main problem is the opposite...i mean train only SAS.

All right, thanks for your expertise Alessandro!
