Could you please check my squat form. I don't have the greatest ankle mobility, and have been doing squats and ankle mobility exercises for years. Doesn't seem to help too much! Not sure why, no knee injuries etc.
Thanks
Andreas

Hey Andreas...i'm at your side....12 years of mobility for the ankles...no improvement. the thrust is that the deep joint tissues of the ankles are soo strong after many years of walking on them that is nearly impossible to recover the mobility...you can in the acute phase after stretch but in the chronic for me is actually a dream! squat are still good!
Oh wow! That is super duper interesting. Is it possible to get to the single leg squats eventually?
Thanks
