i get a preconfigured schedule but i am not able to edit it. at the moment i am not able to track my workouts for core, upper or legs more than once a week- only after it resets at the start of the next week.

Thank you

Hey Joche, from the main page of the GB course portal:

- click on class finder and add the preferred class in the day you want;

- in order to edit set and rep and level:

1) click on one of the days (mon, tues etc) under "my schedule"-,

2) in the new little windows you can find for the selected day all the classes and the courses. classed are single follow along and if you click on the class and then in the new window you scroll down you can change the day where you want to put the class;

3)if you select a course like -"foundations 1" you can click on it and a new window will appear where you can see the current schedule and eventually in the top right corner of that window you can choose for "edit my workout". if you click on it you can select different exercises from section level 1 , level 2,3 or 4. then once select an exercise you can click on it, and then you can see a little icon in the form of a cog...a wheel. if you click on it you can select, for a specific exercise, the step (number of set x rep and add it to the schedule;

4) once you have completed one workout you have to step back in the window that shows classed and courses. Click on the class or the course, in the new window with the list of the exercises of the day you can see that you have 4 labels: difficulty up, diff down, notes, log. if you click on LOG then you can insert the rep for all the sets and decide if you want to stay on this step or moving on. then on the right select SAVE. if the number that you have inserted is matched with the day requirements then your schedule will be automatically updated..
