My current training schedule is:

Mon: 7 minute warm-up, core sequence, foundation upper body.

Tue: 7 minute warm-up, foundation lower body, killer legs, core sequence

Wednesday: 7 minute warm-up, foundation core, handstand 1, single bar shoulder mobility

Thursday: 7 minute warm-up, foundation upper body, core sequence, bands - shoulder and lats.

Friday: 7 minute warm-up, foundation lower body, core sequence, knee series.

Sat: 7 minute warm-up, foundation core, handstand 1, A1 stretch front split (not the whole 40 min session)

Sunday: stretch front split, stretch middle split (A1 for both and not the 40 minute session).

What can be improved? What should I change? Thank you.

Hi Tony if i'm not wrong i do not see the thoracic bridge work for the stretch series. are you already able to perform a bridge on the floor?

I would not perform the same exercise of the front splits on consecutive days.

If you are completely new to the system and exercises and execution i suggest less work and more focus on less work. this means foundations, handstand 1, and stretch series. as you increase confidence with technique and form you consider increasing the amount of f different stimuli.

Thanks for the input. I am almost 1 year into working the Foundation series. I have now changed my training schedule:

Mon: 7 minute warm-up, foundation upper body, single bar shoulder mobility (no more core sequence).

Tue: 7 minute warm-up, foundation lower, foundation core

Wed: 7 minute warm-up, handstand 1, front split.

Thur: 7 minute warm-up, foundation upper body, bands - shoulders and lats.

Friday: 7 minute warm-up, foundation lower, foundation core, knee series.

Sat: 7 minute warm-up, handstand 1, middle split

Sunday: Thoracic bridge.

How is this new schedule? No more core sequence everyday or killer legs. Thank you again.
