Hello everyone,

as you can see in my first video, i still lack on passive shoulder flexibility. The second video shows me doing  prone stick flexion. This was my max ROM today.
Do you think this is okayish to work with?
Thank you for your support!

Hi Mario, well you can of course but is less productive. you MUST work on releasing the passive tension. if you have foundations i can address you on something more specific.

Alright, thank you.

Yes, i have foundations.

Hi Alessandro,

do you think i need to release passive tension especially in the lats?
Something like a Lat Stall bar stretch as seen in the "ST Lat 1 Mobility Video"?
Or have you any guess where most of my tension comes from?

Thank you in advance!

Yes exactly...also pec stretch and improving thoracic mobility.

Thank you!
I just tried doing it with more focus on thoracic extension without focusing to much about pressing my lower back to the wall.
Do you think this way its better or even ok?
Nevertheless ill keep working on lat, pec and thoracic mobility. :-)

Hey Mario, well , for a good handstand you should be able to hold the lower back down. usually this compensation is due to tight pec and/or tight lats and/or tight hips flexor. in order to take off one parameter, you can try to do it in a sit position with the back to the wall.
