Can you see that there is a little moment where you feel that the movement is stopped and then it begins again?  6-7'' mark...

I felt that small pause where some different muscles where starting to get engaged and then they engage and I go on. Do you know what is it or have any recommendations?

Thanks.

Well, it is a sign of bad coordination. the upper arm is not yet stabilized in the socket and the stop that you are feeling the upper arm tilting forward outside the optimal angle of pull and then stepping back once the teres major and minor pull it back into the socket.

My suggestion is to use an elastic band which allows working on super slow movement i mean up to 5-6 seconds to perform the ascent part. the main goal of the dilated time is togive you the time to correct asymmetrical work. The main goal for not is reaching a full depression of the upper arm first with locked elbows before beginning to flex tem.
