Can you please provide me with feedback on the strength and mobility exercises?

hEY George, nice attempt...btw on the body lever you should focus on holding the hips extended and then think about raise and lowering the hips....feet do not exist! if you think about moving them you finish to pike...

Hey George, stop at 15''...you can notice that as your glutes approach the floor the feet are still higher.. which means that hips are not extended..a good image can be thinking about pushing the heels to the floor...the alignment is a correct balance between abs and hips flexor.

Does this look any better @Alessandro Mainente? I tried to push my heels down as I was lowering my body.

Hey George , you were correct in following my suggestion especially on the negative part BUT the schema does not change as you reverse the movement. in fact, instead of lifting the hips while pushing the heels down you raised the feet before raising the hips.....hips and heels move at the same speed.

You are right. I was so focused on the negative that I completely forgot the form on the positive. Now time to put everything together.

Better than before...keep in mind that "hips up--heels down".
