Hey Kevin, the first thing that should be fixed here is posture. Posture is mainly corrected and fixed with the previous planche lean. can i ask you to post the 30'' mastery of elevated planche lean?
Hi Alessandro,
Is this what you are looking for

Hey Kevin, we need to do some steps back because seems that the fundamentals alignment and activation of the general planche lean position are not enough mastered. for example when you do the elevated planche leans you should be able to show AUTOMATICALLY:
- straight line between shoulder and feet;
-hips at shoulder level;
-enough lean;
- upper back protraction.
From your video sounds that there are too many mistakes to train this element for now. My suggestion is to move back to floor planche lean and we can check how the form is.
Hi Kevin, can you also post a video of a regular planche lean where your feet are on the floor?
Hello Jeffery, is this what you are looking for?

Yes. It looks like you moved past this progression, and possibly others, too quickly. Before beginning your lean, make sure that you are hitting full range protraction of the scapula while maintaining a posterior pelvic tilt (PPT). Once your basic position is locked in you can begin to increase your lean while keeping your eyes on the floor directly in front of you.
Thanks for the info. Does GB offer any live coaching to give real time feedback?
