Im a new member on GB and been going on with the training for few weeks now. Wanted to see If Im doing the strenght  and mobility excercises correct.

Incline push up and german arm svings.

Hey Kristian, here follow my suggestions:

1- for the german swing you need to increase the amplitude... which means a bigger range of motion;

2- for the pushup you need to slow down the movement at least 2-3'' to move down and 1-2'' to move up, the reason is technical refinement.

the biggest mistake is the lack of depression, you can easily see it at 16'' when you are moving the shoulders closer to the ears in the attempt to reverse the movement. in the top position you must focus also on protraction and posterior pelvic tilt.

Hey Alessandro!

Big thx for the tips. Have upper body day tomorrow so will work on thoes tips. And get back to you.

Just a question. I been going on with this foundation 1 for 6-7 weeks now. You think I should stay on lvl 1 or start from the intro? Would be good to hear a professional opinion.

It's not a problem beginning foundations but before logging the workout stay on the first setxreps schema until the technique is fixed.
