Hi I am just getting started on this one -

 

any feedback?

It looks like you're off to a good start. As you do this one, make sure that you are placing your non-support hand above your elbow. It looks like your shoulders might also be uneven as you hold. Remember to keep your shoulders parallel with the floor. Can you also upload a video taken from the front?

That's correct. As you hold, your shoulders should be at the same elevation as if you were supporting yourself on two arms. On your iM try to elevate your feet more at the beginning of your set. Then, as you bend your leg, try not to let your knee drop towards the floor. Your lower leg should be the only thing that changes position throughout the set.

Hi Zachary, with the non-supporting hand...you can grab the opposite elbow rather than the shoulder. A side view here is imperative here in order to check protraction activation.
