Hello,
has anybody came to a smart solution with regard to the LARS und Support Hold elements where the rings hang close to the ground and immediately afterwards you have to do the one arm lock offs? Without having a second pair of rings (or a third ring plus strap) you will have to readjust the ring height after every element which is very time consuming..
