Just started this one, the IM feels really though, couldn't barely do it, my working leg does not reach a 90° angle and cannot maintain the other leg straight. I decided to go for negatives on this IM. Please any tips and form corrections would be greatly appreciated:

PE front:

Pe side:

Im (complete failure):

Im negatives:

You're off to a good start. On the iM, try to keep your thighs together throughout the set. Focus on keeping your hips elevated as well.

This IM is really though for me, I try to do the first set but pressing through the initial cms is really hard and my hips tend to go down and the extended leg to move up.

I am performing the rest of the sets negative, focusing on the last part of the exercise (from bend to extended) as it is the hardest.

Any tips to improve here?

Not as bad as you think....the main goal is flexing the knee while extending the hip...if the case of negative you must reduce the speed in the first part of the movement.
