Straddle Front Lever

Hi! How is my form here? 

Sometimes I still feel like my tricep is relaxing a bit in my FL work.

The form is ok but you held it for too few seconds, it is not trainable.

Hello Nuno,

how is ur FL training so far ? mine still  up and down made it once to a straddle front lever but couldnt keep up am scaling back to one leg vertical and try to build strength there any tip ?

Hey Khelladi, the straddle one is one of the hardest milestones. i mean that usually weka points come out..legs should be symmetrical, elbows should be straight, no compensation at the wrists, and so on. when there is technical deficiency then progression slows down up to a plateau. no matter how much you scale down to a previous progression...the problem is the technique of the new element.
