Hi,

been doing the Thoracic Bridge Series for a few months now, but I am unsure about the correct execution for some of the stretches. Would therefore be great to get some feedback on them.

Thanks in advance for the feedback!

Florian

Hey Florian, well in the first exercise notice that in the course video the guy showing the movement is closer to the wall with the hands compared with you.

The second point is the bridge where:

1- hands are too close and i suspect that is the reason why your shoulder flexion is not complete;

2- you must film it from the front in order to check the symmetrical position;

3- and are a bit turned inside which makes the exercises easier.

Hi Alessandro,

thank you for the feedback. Putting the hands wider for the bridge indeed makes a big difference and I feel the stretch a lot more on the shoulders and in the thoracic spine.

What do you think, how does the current execution look like?

Hi Floria, i would write about points which need corrections than the strategy:

- asymmetrical hands positioning, the should be at the same distance from the head, the same distance from the cube, they should have the same rotation at the wrists;

- hands positioning: hands should be planche under the corresponding shoulder;

- ELBOWS MUST BE LOCKED OUT

strategy: increase the feet height until you can fix automatically these points.
