Canyon please provide me with some feedback on my form?
Good work so far. As you get closer to the ground you start to pick up a small amount of pike in your extended hip as well as some arch in your lower back. Try to engage the glute of your extended leg as you lower to reduce the pike.

A simple input can be: push the heel to the floor while moving the hips lower.

Sorry @Alessandro Mainente but I do not understand what you mean with this. Can you please explain? Thanks

Does this look any better?
It looks like you have the right idea, but it still needs some more practice.

Thanks. I will train and send another video in a couple of weeks

Good improvement! You are doing an awesome job of maintaining your hollow position in your lower back. You are still picking up a small amount of pike in your hips as you get closer to the ground. If your hips are straight, your feet will almost be touching the floor when your glutes come in contact with the ground.

Probably as jeffrey said the biggest problem is the pike at the hips that is a direct consequence of the starting point so:
-begin with hips OVER the shoulders;
-now in order to open the hips...hips pushed to the right while heels are pushed to the left.
@Alessandro Mainente and @Jeffrey Bittner I include a video of another take. Thanks and wishing you a Merry Chsristmas and a Happy New Year.
Nice adjustment. Still a small amount of pike as you near the floor, but it looks a lot better!
