Is the form ok here? 5th set..

Jeffrey Bittner

As you perform your push ups make sure you are keeping your head in a neutral position (looking at the ground). Currently you are elevating your shoulders towards your ears during your set. Try to depress your shoulders more. At the bottom of your reps there is no need to try to maintain protraction. It is important to protract the scapula at the top of each rep, but at the bottom it is ok the let them relax. Nice job focusing on a strong PPT. Be careful not to let your stomach sink towards to ground as you roll your pelvis under.

@Jeffrey Bittner, ok thanks. I am looking to the left, cause there is a glass door, i can see my reflection in, that helps quite a lot..

could you tell me where my stomach drops?? i cant tell exactly where that happens

Jeffrey Bittner

Your stomach is drooping too low right from the start. Try to pull it in a little bit more while hitting a strong PPT.

One last thing is to touch with your chest.
