G'day GB,

I am up to 4 sets of 3 reps for this one. Thought a form check would be beneficial!

Nice work so far. Keep trying to get more compression while your toes are by the bar. Your goal is to keep the shoulders open with your toes hanging just underneath the bar. As you lower, keep engaging your core muscles to avoid arching your spine.

Great feedback Jeffrey, thank you.

Can you explain 'shoulders open' to me a little more please?

The movement of the upper leg (the negative) should BEGIN when the hips are as much low as possible. low hips mean that the angle between the upper body and arms is more opened...

THe more this angle is closed the more means that the upper body is elevated due to the activation of the lats...but we are not talking about lat...we are training our core primarily.
