James Strack Posted October 6, 2020 Share Posted October 6, 2020 (edited) Lol some time I plan on building a standard size plyo box but man check out these kids at 4 minutes jumping up on boxes almost their height. When Coach Sommers talks about gymnast strength being able to handle multiples of body weight this type of training at young age definitely helps. PS this lady is very inspiring making a come back as a mother to attempt a return to the Olympics.
