You have a wrong grip in the mobility exercise, it should be supinated grip

HI James, following corrections:
headstand:
-move the hands closer one to to the other...2-3 cm x side;
-move the hands a bit far from the head...5-8 cm
mobility:
-the grip is palms down;
-the first goal is a RANGE OF MOVEMENT. no matter how wide is the grip. 90° of shoulder extension is imperative.
