Hey!

im not quite sure if these are still too lumbar? I see that my lower back is not really flat. Should i try to  push more through my legs or do them elevated as suggested?  Thank you in advance!

Hi Mario, at this stage of the bridge is impossible to avoid general spine extension. i mean that if you are extremely locked on the thoracic spine then your lower back is going to tae the effort but your bridge is awesome so the position shows a contribution of all the spine.

Hi Alessandro,

Im glad to hear that. Now i know that im not doing something wrong.

As my thoracic extension seems to be ok, could it be useful to work more on straight arm flexion? I still have limitiations when it comes to passive shoulder flexibility and mobility? Do you think this issue can be fixed with the progressions in Handstand one, for example with  (HS/PE5) prone handstand Flexion and the Wall Handstands in general?

Well, arm flexion on the bridge is different from arm flexion in the handstand. they require a different type of mobility. so if in the arm flexion of the handstand you show a bent elbow then it should be fixed separately. PE5 is a good example. absolutely yes.
