Hi guys and girls!

Today Im sending in a video of the fifth set of L Chin-ups.

Is there anything to improve here before moving on?

Can you see that exactly after the beginning the movement has a little stop? my suggestion is adding some super slow repetition at the end on your current workout using elastic bands. ideally performing  3-4 reps for 5-6 sets with super slow concentric (something like 5-7 seconds) is the goal.

Oh concentric is on the way down right? Always mixup those terms. And you mean still in an L sit right?

yes, in the L-sit. concentric is the phase between dead hang and top position.
