You're off to a pretty good start. I would like to see you straighten your hips and open your shoulders more while engaging your core to pull your ribs in. Try thinking about getting your hips and armpits to the wall without letting your ribs touch the wall.
Good job opening the shoulders. Your hips also look better, but keep trying to open them the entire time.

Hey Reilly, i know that it sounds boring..but filming the handstand from the side reveals:
-lack of shoulder opening;
-lack of alignment in the frontal plane.
filming the HS from the front reveals:
-lack of alignment in the sagittal plane or in the transversal plain.
That is great advice Alessandro, I'll make sure to film from both angles every workout.
Just making sure my form is solid?
Nice work. Your shoulders are still slightly closed. Are you currently doing an elevated cat or inverted cat stretch before your handstand work? If not, I recommend putting them into your warm up. Especially on your handstand days.
How's this look?
Much better in the shoulders, but slightly more piked in the hips. You're definitely headed in the right direction so keep up the good work!
How does this look?
Good improvement. Keep trying to minimize the movement as you hold.
Solid work, Reilly. It looks good!
Thank you

hey Reilly notices that once you move the wood bar to the back the weight plate moves more to your left shoulder, try to stay centered.
Also, when doing wall handstand begin to look the thumbs with the peripheral vision...it is a good phase to build up this habit.
I'll work on that! thank you
