Great work on the protraction. If you can, I would like to see your hips curled under more on your PPT, then try to increase your lean so that the waist ban of your shorts is over your wrists. On your iM, try to keep your feet pointed towards the ceiling. You're doing a great job, keep it up!

This is definitely what Jeff was searching for!
A little tip for you...people who have elbows hyperextension can suffer more often of forearms problems while doing strong wrist work..so consider to do some strength additional work for the forearms.
What would you recommend for some forearm strength work? And how many days a week?

Thinking about the common forearm mistake on the ulna side probably doing some ulnar deviation work (with a dumbell), plus wrists extension (from handstand one) and pronator teres work ( search on google). 2-3 times a week, 12-15 rep range, 3-4 sets slow eccentric, moderate concentric.
This is great, thank you Alessandro

Perfect.
How much lean do I need for mastery?
1-2 cm more!
Hey Reilly, the 32 seconds mark is perfect.
