Yes. Try to lean until your hands are placed between your belly button and your hips. Holding a stronger posterior pelvic tilt (PPT) will help.

Another way to check the lean is to be sure that in the starting planche position the top of your shoulders are 3-4 cm past the top of the fingers (considering that you are pointing the fingers forward).
Better ?

Hey MArcin, you have increased the lean BUT sacrificing the form:
- you are holding too much the weight on the toes rather than the instep;
-in the 3rd rep there is a clear loos of protraction;
-in the 3rd rep and 2nd rep, there is a loss also of the posterior pelvic tilt and hips extension.
Great tips. THanks :)
Now ?
This is much harder to do 5x10 Rep from Dips rings 5x5 Rep
This is my actually planche lean from PL

Talking from a Coach perspective, what is hard? hard is a weak point. comparing exercise with 2 different planes of movement has little sense. rings dips add the instability that means that upper arm stabilization should be already acquired especially the ability of the rotator cuff to let the upper arm stay in the socket. PPP tends to force the upper arm to slide forward and here the rotator cuff begins to work harder compared to the normal pushup. the cuff i little...is weaker compared to primer movers and it takes time to adapt.
i don't compare exercise order basing on their difficulties because for me iron cross is easier than planche....so the order should learn cross first? of course no. joint stress defines the order. having as a weak point a simple less stressful exercise is something that should be fixed.
when we make the wrong deduction on classifying exercises basing on difficulties we usually see beginner doing back lever, beginner doing premature bar muscle-up and beginner losing bicep tendon at the elbow, at the shoulder, rotator cuff tears, sternum inflammation.
I receive every day at least 5 requests of injured guys who base their progression only on the perceived difficulties and what can i say more than "it is too late?".
Another thing that i can tell you after almost 10 years working with mr. Sommer GB concept is students with ZERO injury. ZERO.
of course, you can think that simply they are doing simple stuff....maybe....but one arm pullup multiple times, iron cross for 20+ seconds, rings planches, bar maltese, supine planche on the floor, backlever muscleup....nto so simple.
Thanks !
"joint stress defines the order. having as a weak point a simple less stressful exercise is something that should be fixed" - Great Tip ! I have time and patience .
I will do my best.
