Hello, looking for a form check.

During the bent hollow body hold, is it sufficient to raise up just enough to lift the shoulders off the ground or should I contract maximally? Also, should there be a posterior pelvic tilt to address the lower abs more (isn't mentioned in technique video)? Also is there anything in particular that should be dome with the scapula, retraction/protraction/deppression? Thanks

PS: damn, didn't post it in the form check subforum and can't seem to find a delete/move button. There should be one.

Nicholas, one thing at a time. first: raise your upper body more. you should feel the scapulae moving off.
