Thoracic bridge

Just wondering if Im on the right path with these. I dont have the thoracic series.

hi Thomas, the attempt is ok but here are 2 main problems:

1-the first is that the left arm and right arm seem not symmetrical. this can be judge easily from a front view;

2-upper arms are internally rotated, it is pretty clear from hands positioning on the floor. this is a common compensation that in the long term is something that the shoulder does not like.
