Hey Giulio, only for my curiosity...how is your front split?
It’s bad because of the hip flexor, the hamstring is not too bad.
Do you want to see a video?
Yes, the problem is the general limitation over the front split. the less you move down the less the contribution of the hamstring the less the proficiency.
it's like having the car with 2 possible problems.... It does not matter if only one is bigger...the the car does still not start...

What about the normal front split...without the shinbone on the wall.
Here you go, both sides, first time I do it like this. I made sure to keep the hip squared in line like in the wall exercise

Well the ability to stretch more the hamstring in the front split is limited by the hips flexor which is extremely tight in your case. Doing some separate work in the front split video you attached with the anterior knee bent will give you better work on hips flexor rather that hamstring of the anterior leg.
