Form check Negative Body Lever

You are picking up some pike in your hips as you get close to the ground. Squeezing your butt all the way to the ground will help you to straighten them out.

Your depth on your dips looks good, but I would like to see straighter hips. Ideally you want to keep your feet directly underneath you. Is it possible to raise the bar at all so that you have more room to let your legs hang?

Thanks for the feedback, its hard to keep them straight :D i will raise the bar. 

Is it a mobility issue if the hips bends?

hey Michael, the front lever work is fine....just for my curiosity...are you following the front split course?

Yes i started a couple of weeks ago with front split so i guess i need to give it a little time :)
