sweet, my first 2 sets look like this but my upper back gets lower the last 2 sets.

hey reilly,

i am struggling with that too,

what i do now is, i put a yoga block under my shoulders, so i can be shure i maintain a minimum of elevation... i just avoid touching that block

Your shoulder angle looks a little bit more closed than in your last post, but your position still looks solid. As you get tired, remember to keep your head in a neutral position.
