Hey Martin, they are both good, notice that during the german swing your right arms have less range of motion. probably you will find this gap in the near future as mobility becomes more challenging.

Hi Alessandro, thanks for the feedback! I'll keep an eye on the different ranges of motion of the arms. To be honest, I never did even close as much mobility work in the past, as I am doing right now after starting here at GymnasticBodies. So hopefully the right arm will catch up to the left one soon.
