Chalk

This may be a bit of a noob (computer lingo) question but is chalk available at most fitness stores. I feel I need it for my rings, not need so much as want or prefer it.

Well if worse comes to worse I can always steal chalf from my gym :wink:

Some fitness stores carry it, but not many in my experience. Look for anyplace that sells rock climbing equipment and they will definitly have chalk.

I did it the ghetto way, take some drywall and grind it up, it's almost the same stuff as chalk at stores.

Ironmind sells chalk for WICKED cheap. 10$ per LB. I have only used 1 square (it comes in 10 squares) in 3 months and it is still half way till gone. Keep in mind this is with me training 4 times a week and using it for my Captain of Crush grippers! I can't talk up real gym chalk enough. It is essential when I am snatching kettlebells.
