Hi Paul, can you raise a bit the shoulders? ideally, your forehead should be at the same height as the knees?

I did not know that! I'll give it a shot and post another video later today. 

And this is why I'm rebooting. . . I feel I may have missed some of the finer points by not doing form checks on my way through the process.
