Hello, here is my recorded attempt for mastery of fl/pe1 progression. The integrated mobility sometimes is not just 5 reps, i've created 5x60 s timer with 30s active rest between work sets. Hope its not an issue. What i dont like though is that gradually my back is not as rounded as in the beginning and maybe my feet got little bit too much close to my butt. But maybe its ok.

HI David, below you can find a completely random frame taken at the beginning of your first set and another one around 5 minutes. you can easily see the difference in the shoulder elevation and spine flexion. different angles mean different abs activation and simply different exercises. My suggestion is to use a certain amount of seconds where you can hold always the same execution. this means that in a random moment of a set you MUST show the same execution.

ok, thanks for reply, i will reduce duration of each set then so as to be able to hold the same position as in the beginning of the first set, i dont see any pictures, but i understand what you mean. In the beginning of the first set i feel much more activation in my abs and very firm press of lower back into the ground, at the end of other sets i feel much less the lower back pressing into the ground, lower back is just flat so i cannot put my hand under neath it but its not pressing as at the beginning of the first set. I will try maybe something like 7x24s (more sets  with less duration that allows me to hold constant flexion and shoulder elevation whilst maximising the lowe back press into the ground basically). Would that be ok?

Cannot upload now..there is a processing error!

Look your video at the beginning and the at 5:16 (if i remember correctly) and write a horizontal line from forehead to legs. can you see where the line reaches the legs?

David Košvica

which one is correct, the second one?

Compare your execution with the course video...is the angle at the hips the same?

I want to emphasize this because there are 2 ways to lift the upper body:

1-using the abs;

2-extending the hips and use the weigth of the legs as a counterbalance weigth.

The first option is allowed, the second one no.
