Hi Gunnar, the first suggestion is to revisit the technique, notice that in the course video the athlete relaxes all the body to the floor before beginning the following rep.
Your range of motion in the compression has some deficits, can you provide please IM1 and IM2 form, please?

Thank you for the tips! Here is the video. Sorry, forgot a bit about the arms in the beginning, but I feel I got better compression?
Hi Gunnar, well i suggest you step back and revisit the IM1. In fact t you need to reach inside in between the legs and not to the side into the inclined leg. Keep in mind that our service of form check is perfect in order to avoid possible failure in the PE or IM requirements before moving on.

Okay, thanks! Should I go back to tuck ups aswell? Or just go back to the IM? What should my goal be with the IM before I can move on again?
The general GB rule is to master the IM and PE. ideally, you should step back. Posting for check has exactly the benefit of preventing these situations..
