Hey Leigh do you have any sort of difference in your ankle mobility? the left one seems tighter.
Good observation! I had been doing a workaround without realizing it! I think it was unconscious efficiency, but not because I can't. Here's my redo:
If both ankles can stay on the floor you can move on.
