Hi David, i'm gonna answer you from a Trainer's point of view.
you are staying on your hands, that is different from doing a handstand.
You lack a lot of shoulders flexion (that means poor shoulder mobility) and you compensate this deficit by arching the lower back.
This handstand is very far from an acceptable execution.
if you were my client probably I wouldn't let you train free handstand.
Can you show me your perfect handstand?
You guys think you are perfect and your comments are soo rude.
In the videos of Hs one i dont see the gymnast in perfect stand with a total shoulder flexion and mobility.
If you are a perfect handbalancer can you show me your perfect Hs (just to compare with me)
Thanks.

Sorry David if my comment sounds rude. wasn't my intention. but you have requested a feedback of your execution. Now if you want I can tell you that your handstand is very good but is not my way to work.
Notice that I gave you 2 interesting points:
-lack of shoulder flexion;
-you need to work a lot on your mobility.
Thanks im going to work in my shoulder flexion and mobility.
Can you tell me some tips to increase the shoulder flexion and mobility ?
Thanks for your feedback.
my question is ? did you start practicing it perfect? why you just say my shortcomings and you don't tell me some exercises to work on and improve.
Really, your attitude of service is very bad and highly conceited.
Nobody start in perfect alignment and you know it. Really you need to change your attitude.
See yaa

Well at the moment you are posting in the handstand one section so i assume that you have handstand one course.
since the handstand is build-up piece to piece, you must master every element from the beginning, so my question is: have you have already mastered the elements at the beginning of handstand one especially the integrated mobility? this one, in particular, builds up the necessary amount of strength for opening actively the shoulders and this is one the exercise that you should include in your routine. at least a couple of times a week.
then, added to the integrated mobility of the handstand one course you need passive mobility work, do you have the stretch course? especially the thoracic bridge series? do you also have a foundations course?
the more information you give to me, the more accurate it can be the following suggestion basing on the courses that you have.
David. Be careful what you wish for. You asked what Alessandro thought of your progress. He told you. And now he's the bad guy? You will never grow in life if you ask the question then reject the answer because you don't like it. Especially when you've asked an expert. Being coachable is one of the keys to success in the GST program.

I hace all mobility courses thanks !
And what about foundations?
You can access the course library from the dumbell icon in the top right corner, then access to course library, select "stretch series" and then thoracic bridge course, then the second icon to the right. the page will show the full list of the exercises.
For what is concerned with the thoracic bridge course i suggest you to do more often the following elements:
-SE3;
-SE12 , you are welcome on widening the hand's positions in different angles so that a full work on the joint is done;
-SE15,you are welcome on widening the hand's positions in different angles so that a full work on the joint is done;

SE3 = Supine SHoulder Extension
SE12 = Elevated CAt
SE15 = Inverted Cat
