Hi Dominique, there are too many mistakes in this execution. rather than exploring them all together i would like to begin from alignment. can you post the previous exercise? i mean the normal floor pushup? because if you have technique gaps here then they should be solved before moving further to PPP-

Hi Domnique, considering the form you must stay on this one and follows my corrections:
-every time you move at the bottom notice how your hips are piked, you must extend completely your hips so that there is no angle between upper legs and upper body;
-every time you reach the top position you MUST SHOW a correct protraction and 1'' straight arm plank.
