Happy Monday! 

These are some parallel squats while holding a 5 lb weight and associated iM. I have been working on these for years but not much progress. I do the stretch series weekly, restore series weekly, and foundation.

Hi Jennie, your major problem is the ankle form my pov. put something under your heels. like a 2-3 cm's book. and show me how it goes.

Wow it took a long time to tape these again.

It's looking a lot better with the heels elevated! How's your ROM using the counterweight while your heels are raised?

If you want to increase more the rom you can open a bit your stance and/or drive out the feet so that they are less parallel and as you move down to think about pushup your knees out.
