Just curious if there are any folks that want to get together to work on GST? I work out at LVAC but also have some room to host with stall bars at my place and even a rope to climb. Let me know if you want to get stronger and more mobile with friends. I also love climbing and hiking and do that most weekends. Thanks for checking out my post!
