My take as I am on this now: I spend a minimum of 8 seconds in the middle 90 degrees on descent, The top and bottom 45 degrees don't work the core too much. Total descent time is specified as 10 seconds. Your two descents barely last 5 or 6 seconds, with only 3 or 4 seconds in the middle 90 degrees. I'd slow it down and focus more on that middle 90 degrees. To me, the most difficult part of this progression is grip strength...4 sets of 4 descents of 10 seconds really scorches the forearms, especially when doing it in conjunction with the iM with only two rungs between arms and legs.

HI Miachael, well touching the bar before moving to do is a must, so one rep good here...the first one. you should train only one rep at time for now.
Thanks guys, i Will move back a step and Keep cranking 1 rep :)
Hey guys,
tried to clean it up at little bit and only doing 1 rep.
Is there any improvment? https://www.dropbox.com/s/8hrohn7g6rlys1a/Video 2019-11-15 11 43 52.mov?dl=0
Yes, now in order to maximize the gain:
-reach the bar with the feet;
-hold the toes behind the bar;
-let the hips to move lower until the shinbone is close to your face;
-move the feet out from the bar;
-enjoy 10 seconds negative.
super!
Thanks alot for the tips!
