Reps or reps per side

Hi, 

Could anyone confirm whether rep counts are reps reps per side or total reps? For example handstand wall runs says 24 reps but is that 12 per side (24 total) or 24 per side?

Hi Dominic, yes it is per side. especially the wall runs.

Thanks....so just to clarify that’s 24 reps per side for example so 48 in total? If so time to get to work! 

@Alessandro Mainente...to clarify, are you saying with Handstand Wall Runs 5 x 60, mastery is 60 shoulder taps per side, or 60 in total (30 per side)? If it's 60 reps per side, wouldn't it be designated 60r@, rather than just 60r?

Handstand wall runs is 60r total.
