Hi, first time for bent arm half straddle hold. Would love some feedback. Thanks
Hey Carlos, I recommend entering into this exercise from a modified push up position rather than going from the feet. In other words, start in a push up position with your knees on the ground. From there, lean forward into your half straddle planche position, then lift your knees off the ground. You might find that it is easier to hit a flat position with a different entry.
Hi Jeffrey, I have tried to follow your recommendation and this is the result. Any comments to achieve a flat horizontal line?

Hey Carlos, suggestion of Jeff is pretty similar to mine...so you need to:
1) lean , DON'T jump into the position;
2) lean with already open hips.
check it out this my video i have made for GB.
descending is harder then leaning, the less details you need to correct the better it is.
