Training less frequently to pass mastery faster

How many of you have found that essentially training less frequently has helped their progress?

For example, splitting your routine over 9-10 days. Instead of over 7 days.

The high stresses of work and just general activity can take its toll and when it comes around to GB Core day (for example) you sometimes don’t get as far as you could have perhaps if you had an extra 1-2 days rest.

I’m interested in hearing from anyone who consistently keeps their training days further apart and what are your results?

thanks,
nick

Hey Nick it depends upon the level of the athlete. the more the experience the more you need to train for strength.
