Hry Mishel, well, my critique follows:
- i can start to count the position from 18''. what happens before is "reaching the lean" that does not mean "holding the lean";
-we have also 2 major technical problems:
1) hips too high. you should be able to draw a single straight line from heels to shoulders PASSING from the middle of the hips;
2)you are pulling with the instep on the floor in order to reduce the amount of lean. well ONLY the shoulders can reduce the amount of lean. feet should be relaxed on the instep;
for these reasons there is no necessity to work on elevated planche lean. there is a lot to do here.
Thank you, i realy Appreciate your comments Alessandro.
Now, i see why i did'nt progress in my planche for a year.
I will work at this level untill it will feel comfortable to move forward.
What about mobility?
Do i have also to regress, or i can stay at my current level, and if need i will send form check for mobility as well.

well, since the rule is to stay on PE and paired mobility until mastery of both. you should step back.
Ok, i will go back to the PE element.
Here is my updated form after your comments, i iuploaded 3 different sets.
I did my best to correct any mistake in each set after seeing the set before. As far as i understand.
