How often is it safe to do the middle split routine?

Alessandro Mainente

Hi Blake, once a week.

Blake Russell

Should front split be a different day or try to do it on the same day?

Alessandro Mainente

It is better in a different day.

What about other days in a week - is it needed to do some daily limbering exercises to maintain the new range of motion?

I think I've read somewhere that daily stretching with much lower intensity is also advised. Is that true?

Btw, asking for all three stretching routines.

Yes you can. but i prefer to insert in the other day some sets for the weaker range of motion.

@Alessandro Mainente Should we do:
A1: Side to Side Squat then, "A2 Standing Pancake" and so on?, then A3.... untill "A23 Pancake Roll Through"?

Asking because the "A0 40" minute is hard for me. That looks like a sort of "demo" for me, in order to show us where we can get.

Ideally, you should practice a bit all the poses. the course is thought to be a single follows a along with class. it is not necessary to perform like the demostrator. ALso if you have moe difficulties you can still post on the forum and i'll give you suggestions.

Ok, finally I understood the logic of the plan, thank you @Alessandro Mainente

You'll find that virtually no one will be able to do the entire follow along first time doing it. In fact, many of the movements you'll wonder if you'll ever be able to come close to the demonstration in the video. But if you stick with it doing the entire sequence week after week, you'll slowly increase your range of motion. In a year, you'll be amazed at the progress you've made and how much more limber you've become. I have always added the movements I find more challenging to my daily limber. Again, it's amazing how that quickly fixes those deficits.

Notice also that in the top tight corner of the GB platform, if you click on the icon, you can see the "course library", here you can find scaled variations of the stretch series exercises that you can insert like substitution.
